Head Coach Bob Mpinganjira has downplayed the shifting of the venue from Kamuzu Stadium to Balaka Stadium arguing it will not utterly affect his quest to grab maximum points on Wednesday.

The Coach spoke to Wanderers Media ahead of the midweek fixture.

𝗢𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:

“We are ready for the game. Of course the space was minimal for us to get fully prepared but we are ready. It will be a difficult game but we hope to get a positive result.”

𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝘂𝘇𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺:

“Well we will not necessarily be affected. Of course the environment is different in terms of the pitch and atmosphere. We are however ready for the game as I have already pointed out. We will fight from the word go and do everything possible to get maximum points.”

𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽:

“Well Sulumba is with us and he has trained again today. The technical panel will have to make a decision tomorrow whether to feature him or not. That aside, we will still not have Clement Nyondo, Sama Tanjong, Richard Chipuwa, Chimwemwe Nkhoma and Mphatso Kamanga.”

The Nomads return to action tomorrow [Wednesday], three days after beating Mafco FC 0-1 at Champion Stadium in Mponela.

A win for the Lali Lubani Boys will cement the lead on the log table to 41 points.

Their opponent [Creck Sporting FC] currently lie on position tenth having accumulated a total of nineteen points.
