Head Coach Bob Mpinganjira says the match against Moyale Barracks at Rumphi Stadium on Saturday is a tricky assignment which requires a good game plan if his side is to collect maximum points.

Mpinganjira spoke to Wanderers Media ahead of the TNM Super League fixture.

On his thoughts about facing Moyale Barracks FC:

It is going to be a very difficult game. We are playing away and we are playing a team that is coming from a loss [against Ekhaya FC]. We expect them to throw in all their arsenal to produce a better result.

We are however very ready for them [Moyale Barracks]. Our boys know the importance of this match. We have spoken at length with the players and we can only hope for the best.

On the anticipated level of opposition:

Moyale has not been consistent lately. We however have at the back of our minds the fact that they have had an edge over us in some cases if we look at the previous assignments. But all I can say is that we are ready for them.

On the defensive approach which Wanderers’ opponents are applying:

It’s a right observation. In our last two to three games, teams have been parking the bus to prevent us from scoring. We have been working on some strategies during the training and we hope the players now have a better understanding on how they can deal with such scenarios.

On the traveling squad:

Sama, Nyondo, Kamanga, Chipuwa and Nkhoma are still out. We will be providing subsequent updates on their status moving forward.

The Nomads aim to open an eight point gap when they face Moyale Barracks FC on Saturday at Rumphi Stadium. The Lali Lubani Boys who currently have 32 points from twelve games will be facing the fourteenth placed side which has fourteen points to its name from the same number of games
