Head Coach Bob Mpinganjira has provided the latest against Civil Service United at Civo Stadium on Sunday Speaking to Club Media on Friday morning, Mpinganjira says his troops are in shape to bag maximum points on Sunday.

𝗢𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆:

It’s the last game of the first round. We must finish on high note by collecting three points. We must work very hard knowing it will be a tough game.

𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹:

The significance of this match can not be overemphasized. Everybody in my squad knows how much important this match is. Everyone is looking forward to the match on Sunday and bring a positive result

𝗢𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀:

We are doing moving in our lane. I have said it countless times that our focus is not Bullets or any other league side. We are focusing on our game and we wouldn’t want to create unnecessary pressure on our boys.

𝗢𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹’𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘃𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺:

Civil is on fire, no doubt about it but every game is a different game. Their form is no cause for worry but a motivation for us to work hard. All I can say is that we are ready for them and we will do all our best.

𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀:

We have welcomed Clement Nyondo and Isaac Kaliati from injuries. They have trained with their peers this week and they are available for selection should coaches decide to take them on board. Of course their final assessment is tomorrow [Saturday] but likely they will travel with the team. Sama [Tanjong] is still undergoing physiotherapy while Mphatso Kamanga is still doing light training.

The Nomads head to Civil Stadium on Sunday whilst at the summit of the table with 34 points. A win for the Nomads will see them finish first round of the league while top of the table with 37 points. On the other hand, Civil Service United lay seventh in the standings with 22 points. In the their last six encounters, Wanderers have had an upper hand over the home team winning four times, losing once and drawing once.
